One-on-one therapeutic work with me to help you move forward with your life and take back control. Whether you are a parent who needs support from carrying the mental load of it all, a survivor recovering from a traumatic incident(s), or anywhere inbetween or all over, I’ve got you.
-
I provide clinical supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians (LPCC) in the state of Colorado & full licensed clinicians (LPC) in Colorado who need extra support in tough cases.
Supervision includes case consultation, documentation support, clinical decision-making, and space to process the emotional realities of the work. I use the Empowerment Model of clinical supervision, with additional focus on clinical skill development, ethical practice, and professional identity.
Between meetings, I offer brief (up to 15-minute) phone or email check-ins, access to supervision resources and counseling materials (for free!), and structured feedback to support your professional growth toward your LPC license.
-
Therapy intensives offer a focused & in-depth approach for clients who want meaningful progress in a shorter amount of time.
Instead of meeting weekly over months, I provide an “intensive” session that is designed to help you dive deeper & address specific concerns and issues in hours or days.
Intensives are structured, paced with breaks, and tailored to your goals.
I offer half-day or full-day intensives. See “Fees” tab for details.
Therapy intensives are not a replacement for ongoing therapy for everyone. They are best suited for clients who are stable, motivated, and seeking focused support around specific goals.
-
I offer consultation for therapists seeking support and perspective in specific clinical areas, including parent coaching, work with adolescents, and sexual trauma in women.
If you want a collaborative space to think through interventions, boundaries, treatment planning, and more, without the formality of supervision, I’m your person!
This is not therapy or supervision.
