If you’ve landed here, you might be searching for a therapist, or maybe you are a therapist searching for quality supervision or worksheets and activities to bring some extra “oomph” to your sessions.
Either way, I’m really glad you’re here.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC.0020989) in the state of Colorado with a Master of Science degree from the CACREP-accredited Counselor Education program at the University of Arkansas (Woo Pig Sooie!). I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Tarleton State University, where my early work focused on youth development, mentoring, and research.
Over the years, I’ve provided therapy to children, teens, adults, and groups across outpatient clinics, school-based programs, nonprofit settings, and telehealth. I’ve supported clients and their families by helping them navigate anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, identity exploration, family stress, and major life transitions. I also hold a certification as a Women’s Mental Health Specialist and a certification in LPC Supervision from the Colorado Counseling Association.
As your therapist, I’ll help you untangle those long-standing knots that have developed in your life, while creating a warm, honest, and hopeful environment where you can feel heard and grow. My therapeutic style is a blend of empathy and accountability.
I’ll give you tissues and the truth.
For therapists seeking supervision: I help new therapists grow by providing support, straightforward feedback, and a space where you don’t have to pretend you have it all figured out. I know what it’s like to be in your shoes. We’ll work on building confidence in your clinical skills and trusting yourself as a human, not just a therapist.
Whatever you’re here to work on, let’s work together.
The following are my specialties & passions in this work:
Significant Life Changes
Sexual Trauma
Relationship Issues
Depression & Anxiety
Women’s Issues
Parent Coaching
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
When I’m not working as a therapist, you can find me at home with my family, traveling with my husband to a place we’ve never been, or taking photos of the world and people around me.
