Free Guided Snowshoe Tour
Wednesdays - Saturdays from January 28th through April 4th, 2026
Times: 10:30am - 12pm OR 1:30pm - 3pm
Explore the forests atop Vail Mountain on a guided snowshoe tour! Learn about winter ecology and animal adaptations while taking in sweeping alpine views. Snowshoes are provided; come dressed for an hour outdoors. Ages 10+. A valid ski/lift ticket is required.

Free Summer Tebo Train
Summer rides start Tuesday, May 26, 2026 and run Monday - Friday mornings through September 4*.
*Please Note: No train rides on Wednesday, June 10 or Friday, July 17, 2026.
Children ages 10 and under (along with accompanying adults) will chug along Pearl Street in this one-of-a-kind experience. The Summer Tebo Train boards in front of Wells Fargo at the corner of 13th and Pearl. The rides start at 9:30 am each day. The last train leaves the station at 11 am SHARP.

Telluride Balloon Festival
The flights will take place on Saturday and Sunday morning, weather permitting. Gathering will begin at 6 a.m. and refreshments will be available for sale at the basketball court in Town Park. The Main Street glow will take place from 6-10 p.m. on Saturday night.
